Women's Ministries
Encouraging Women in their relationship with Christ and one another

The goal of ARCC’s Women’s Ministries is to encourage women to have a vital, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and other women. Women’s Ministries can provide friendship, a place to belong, spiritual growth, or a place to serve. Women of the twenty first century want relevant, well planned, activities. We offer opportunities for women to join together for fellowship, fun, friendship and service and we promise we will not waste your precious time!
We currently offer these regular meetings and events where woman are invited to come to know God and to grow in their walk with Him as only women can (check out the "Church Calendar" for specific dates and times or utilize the Contact page to contact a leader)…
Coffee Talk
A very special hour held once a month when one woman from ARCC shares her "Faith Story", usually on a Saturday morning. All generations of women have an opportunity to relax and enjoy beverages and light refreshments while sitting around tables for meaningful conversation. Childcare is provided and there is no cost for Coffee Talk.
Bible Studies
There are various women’s Bible study groups that meets regularly throughout the year at different times to accommodate women’s varied schedules. These groups provide support and friendship for woman through Bible study and prayer. (Click here or on Bible Studies on the menu on the left side of the page for additional information.)
Retreats
Once a year, the first weekend of May, the women of ARCC join the women of Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church for a retreat held at the Woodleaf Conference Grounds. This retreat has proven to be a time of rest and renewal for the women that attend.
Crafty Ladies Group
This group of women meets during the year to have fun together making craft items, sewing, collecting new white elephant gifts all for the purpose of holding a Holiday Boutique in November. All money raised goes towards a need at ARCC. In 2008 this group raised over $3,000 towards Children's Ministries at ARCC.
