*SERVING AT ARCC*
ARCC is a wonderful place to put your faith into practice. We are always on the lookout for those who are willing and motivated to serve (or lead) in various areas of ministry. Time commitments vary depending on how involved you want to be in a particular area. For details on any area, contact the church office. A sampling of those areas are listed below.

*Opportunities for Serving*
	Worship	Several opportunities exist in the area of worship. These include Sound & Lighting, Media Arts, Drama, Visual Arts, Choir and Praise Band.
	Children's Ministry	We are always looking for helpers in the areas of Nursery, Sunday Morning Children's ministries, and childcare for other ministries. (Note: For the safety of everyone's children, this area requires a background check.)
	Missions	Get involved in missions at ARCC. This includes both national and international missions. We support several missionaries who are currently serving locally and abroad.
	Outreach Ministries	Working in the area of reaching out to the people of our local community in the name of Jesus - allowing them to experience the love, mercy and grace of Jesus Christ.
	Social Justice	Teaming up with Union Gospel Mission of Sacramento, this is an opportunity to help serve the homeless and the poor in the Sacramento area and our community.
	Visitation Ministries	Visiting those not able to come to church on Sunday and those who may be hospitalized or ill.
	Greeting	Greeting people in the name of Jesus as they enter our campus, showing people to their seats, etc...
	Welcome Table Ministries	Answering questions regarding our church and Sunday morning ministries, making a connection.
	Hospitality Ministries	Working with different events held at the church - "Time together" refreshments, potluck lunches, decorating...
	Alpha Prep & Cleanup	This could include setting up and breaking down for Alpha sessions or Cooking and cleanup for Alpha dinners.
	Office Volunteers	Simply volunteering to help in the office.
	Building & Maintenance	Working around the campus to ensure that the building and grounds are well maintained.

*Opportunities for Leadership*
	Worship	Opportunities for leadership exist in the area of worship. These include Media Arts projects, Drama projects, Leading Worship, leading devotions, and sound & lighting teams. (You must be a member of the worship team to lead in a given area.)
	Teaching Ministries	As the church grows, we have a need for additional classes. In turn we need teachers to commit to leading these sessions.
	Small Group Ministry	Small groups are supposed to be just that - Small. As a small group grows, it births a new small group. Leaders are needed to shepherd these new groups.
	Alpha	Leading Worship, Discussion group leaders, etc...
	Greeting	Team leaders in the area of greeting ministries. Organizing and scheduling members of your team.
	Social Justice	Creating and leading social justice projects.
	The "Unknown" Ministry Team	If you have a ministry that does not exist here at ARCC, don't be shy, let us know. It may be that we simply have never had anyone to lead that ministry.
