NEW HORIZONS COUNSELING CENTER (NHCC)

New Horizons Counseling Center is an incorporated, nonprofit community counseling center. We assist people of all ages and walks of life, as they go through changes, growth and crisis. Our services are provided by a staff of professionals, who are trained in their specialized fields to a minimum of a Masters Degree. They are all members of a professional organization and are licensed by the Board of Behavioral Sciences, which both regulates their ethical standards and moral behavior. Above all they are deeply caring and committed persons. Confidentiality, safety and trust are carefully guarded for all of our clients.

New Horizons was established by the American River Community Church, as a mission to the community, open to people of all faiths.

We do take private insurance, however, we are not able to take Medi-Cal or Medi-Care.
